In Daytona Beach/Florida there is a humid, subtropical climate.
In springtime the temperatures are really agreeable with warm afternoons, cool evenings, and little humidity. The ‘Back to the beach - weather’ usually starts early in March.
The hot and humid temperatures in summer, with average hights in the upper 90s, will often create afternoon thunderstorms.
Some unpleasent weather may rarely develop during hurricane season (August till December) when a tropical storm chances to veer inland.
Winters are mild and very dry. There is a constant up and down of temperatures, with cold and warm fronts. Temperatures sometimes dip into the low 30s.
... but unfortunately no snow ...
